Slitting part: adopt high-quality tungsten steel blade, sharp and long work-life, slice tidier, non-pressing and non-burr. Grinding part: adopt the manual pneumatic grinding type. Adopt eight rolls, two roll-rang feedings, then scoring, easy to adjust. It could be done slitting only without scoring, to avoid error when scoring. Scoring part: adopt 5 points scoring, scoring distance in-phase adjust, blazonry, and easy to bend the carton sheet. Specifications: Slitting size: 120-1400mm Min slitting length: 270mm Min scorer width: 30mm Scorer height: 0-12mm Blade size: 190*105mm Blade/scorer: 5/8 Power: 4kw Machine Dimension: 2430*770*1350mm Advantages: The slitter scorer features the process sequences such as sheet feeding, slitting, pre-pressing and creasing, and equipped with the lower paper roller, it can thus adapt to a variety of cartons' demands of slitting and creasing. The blade is self-adjusted and is controlled by electricity. The time can be set according to the production conditions, and semi-automatic and fully automatic operations are optional. |
