DESCRIPTION:

Inclined Screw Thickener for pulp making. An inclined screw thickener is a gravity filter. It lifts stock through a rotating screw roll inclined about 60° on the pipe-shaped filter drum. It is used for thickening and washing in low consistency and medium consistency range of waste paper pulping process and it is also suitable for thickening and washing pulp such as sulfate wood pulp, mechanical pulp, chemical mechanical pulp, etc. Technical Parameters: Normal filtrating area: 1x1 - 2x3m2 Density of inflow pulp: 3-4% Density of outflow pulp: 10-14% Capacity of OCC: 18-130 tons/day Capacity of ONP: 10-80 tons/day Power of the main motor: 4-11x3kw Features: 1. Special-type screw and brush; the strong self-cleaning ability of filtering drum; high discharge consistency. 2. For different pulp kinds and different consistency ranges, the hole dia. of the filtering drum is different, which is beneficial to reducing the loss of fiber. 3. The height of the pulp level in the pulp tank can conveniently control discharge consistency.
