Pressure Screen for paper pulp production line. The pressure Screen's rotor is rotated outside of the sieve drum, and the heavy impurities flow away from the sieve drum to avoid clogging the screen cut and prolong greatly the service life of the sieve drum. Technical Parameters: Screen Area: 0.8-6m2 Screen Consistency: 0.8-2% Range of the screen hole: 1.2-1.8mm Range of the screen slot: 0.1-0.25mm Flow Rate: 35-660 L/s Power of motor: 30-132 w Features: 1. Advanced structure, strong and durable, convenient dismounting, low energy consumption, high efficiency. 2. Easy operation, continuous work with fewer faults, and lower maintenance cost. 3. Equipped with the automatic lubricating device, reduce maintenance. 4. The sealing water flow automatic detection alarm device, ensure the safe operation of equipment. 5. Control the interlocking system, and ensure the service life of the equipment. 6. mainly used for fine screening of chemical pulp, waste paper pulp, and the fine screening of all kinds of paper pulp as the net filter before paper machines. 7. Rotor spins outside of sieve drum, heavy impurities flow away from the sieve drum, not blocking sieve seam, and sieve drum life is greatly increased. 8. Streamlined rotor, pulp flows smoothly, low pulse. 9. Good effect of impurities and fiber separation, not easy to jam sieve seam. Types of Pressure Screens: 1. Upflow presssure screen Application: Used for coarse screening and fine screening of the deinking pulp, and waste paper pulp. 2. Outflow pressure screen Application: Outflow pressure screen used for coarse screening and fine screening of the chemical pulp, waste paper pulp. 3. Inflow pressure screen Application: Used for the screening of low consistency pulp before the paper machine. |
