D-Type Hydrapulpers

DESCRIPTION:

D-Type Hydrapulper for occ stock preparation. D-Type Hydrapulper is mainly used in the paper and pulp industry for breaking waste paper and wet-strength paper. This equipment is fitted with a P.S. Vokes rotor, which can strengthen the hydraulic cycle and fiber defiberizing and also perform continuous breaking with lower energy consumption. The rotor deviates from the center of the trough body and the trough body structure is D-shape, which can make the contact between pulp and rotor quicker, with higher frequency. Thereby, on the condition of not increasing power and volume, capacity can be increased. The rotor and extraction disc are above the bottom plane of the trough body, thus, one low-pressure flow area can form around the rotor to gather heavy impurities, thereby the service life of the rotor and extraction plate can be extended. Technical Parameters: Nominate volume: 15 - 130m3 Consistency: 3 - 5% Capacity: 80 - 1050 tons/day Power of motor: 160 - 1000 kW Structure and Features: 1. D-type Pulper is mainly composed of a D-shape tank body, rotor, accept plate, bracket, motor, shield, etc. 2. When water injected into the tank reaches half of the volume, start the motor, then uniformly feed pulp board, broke or waste paper into the tank. 3. When the rotor rotates, pulp material runs towards to surroundings from the center, vortex forms in the center area. Under strong hydraulic force and shearing action, materials are exposed to intense friction and rub, together with force from the rotor, pulp board, or broke are defibered to single fiber in wet condition. 4. After defibering and separating, pulp flows out from the screen holes while foreign matters and heavy rejects fall into the sediment tank and are then discharged regularly. 5. When continuously pulping, foreign matters and heavy rejects go into the sediment tank and are discharged after the process in the reject separator. For the special structure of such hydrapulper, when the rotor rotates, pulp flow is stopped by the flat wall of D shaped tank and then changes the flow to the center. Thus, the circulation route of pulp is shortened, bringing higher efficiency of pulping. Those left paper scraps and fiber bundles will be further deflated in the clearance between the rotor and screen plate. 6. Pulping blades are specially designed at the end so that the screen holes will not be plugged. Ragger is equipped when pulping for continuously removing ropy rejects, greatly extending the continuous operation of the pulper. That is how the pulping efficiency is improved.
