INTRODUCTION: The soft tissue Micrometer is a dedicated digital micrometer for the accurate determination of bulk and thickness, apparent bulk and density, compressibility and compressibility index of soft creped tissue paper. APPLICATIONS: Tissue SPECIFICATIONS: * Range: 0-5000 microns in 1 micron increments * Calibrated Range: 0-2000 microns * Meets BS 7387: Lowering speed is less than 3 mm per second * Meets SCAN P47: Contact pressure 2.0 ± 0.1 kPa and lowering speed of 1 ± 0.2 mm per second (no deadweights) |
