Progressing Cavity Pumps

DESCRIPTION:

North Ridge supply Progressing cavity pumps for many processes within the paper making industry. Being of non clog design they can be utilised for pulp transfer, dye, filler and fixative dosing and transfer. Being of positive displacement design they are suited for fixative and dye metering as flow rate is proportional to speed but also pumping is pulse free. Units can be customised with hoppers, and bridge breaker design for pumping pulp from rags, containing long or short fibres, and for pulp from waste paper which can form clumps, clogging some designs.
