Stainless steel for all surfaces in contact with pulp, durable and corrosion resistant. Stock inlet equipped with pressure gauge. Removable top cap for easy cleaning and maintenance. Optional Pressure Control System for lower possibility of blockade. Four-blade scraper revolving on screen basket to produce radial and axial force in the screen and enforce acceptable fiber through the screen plate perforation. Precision machining stainless steel scraper. Gap adjustable between scraper and screen basket, suitable for various stock. Scraper with additional blades for low consistency stock before head box. |
