This machine HM-ZYD780B - Standard configured of four buckle plates and once, twice or thrice folding blades. It carries out parallel folds and cross folds, and can be combined flexibly in different requests to realize various folding patterns. - Each buckle plate is with swing deflector. - High performance of sheet-separating and feeding. - Automatic sheets pile height control. - Photo electrically controlled blades realize high speed, superior reliability. - All folding roller bearings imported from German of brand INA. - Electromagnetic switches are imported from top supplier in German. Precise, nonskid, wear proof, Steel-PU folding roller. - Adoption of the international Four-star high accuracy spiral gear transmission and the rigidity of the gear face is higher than HRC60 degree, with wearability, good synchronicity and low noise characters. - Panasonic transducer control of the electrical system. - Adoption of the Panasonic Servo Motor controlling for each blade to meet high correction and speed. - Installation of the newly Auto-stopping set avoiding the sheets' double-layer feeding and jam. - Creasing, perforating or slitting as requested. - Adoption of the touch screen for the operation, convenient for setting parameters and malfunction auto-display. - Gauge and digital- meter display for each adjusting part. - With pile-collecting machine to lower the labor intensity and reach high efficiency. - Gear auto-lubricating system. - Gravity pressing and Pile-collecting machine is optioned. - Reverse folding device is optioned.
