The working procedure of high-speed paper folding machine with suction device (paper folding machine with two combs and one blade): all adjustment parts control by suction device and electronic board adopts staff gauge, and position tuning is accurate. Working characteristics: roller running device of paper folder adopts the transmission with cross joint and double-sided fiber strip. Thus, the transmission accuracy shall not be influenced with loose adjustment. It also has advantages of supper silence and stability, high folding speed, fine accuracy, easy maintenance and low cost parts replacement, easy operation and so forth. It is an ideal device to improve efficiency of paper folding industry. |
