Existing since 1973, Thal Limited (Pakistan Papersack Division) is a pioneer in paper sack business in Pakistan. Our company is engaged in paper sacks and paper bags business for Cement, Industrial Sacks, Food Packaging and Carrier Bags for the fashion and retail markets, having a production capacity of over 200 million paper bags per annum. Apart from Pakistani clients we also cater to international clients such as McDonald’s, KFC, Burger King, Hardees, Fat Burger, OPTP, Mango and Aldo. We provide paper bags with different combinations depending on customers requirement. An introduction of our product lines: Carrier Bags: Our carrier bags are made from high quality Kraft paper and Folding Box Board (FBB) with a reinforced top and base to offer added strength and durability. These bags are machine finished to ensure the highest quality. Cement Sacks: Generic Multi-ply paper sacks to meet the high speed filling requirements of cement packing in 25kg and 50kg, offering options of extensible and high porous grades of paper in bleached and unbleached finishes to suit individual handling requirements and reduced packaging costs. Annual production capacity is 250 million sacks and we are the major supplier in this segment in Pakistan and also export to many countries. Industrial Sacks: Tailor made multi-ply paper sacks for the packaging of industrial and other material then cement. We can fulfil the Packaging requirements of various industries which include cement, chemicals & dyes, bonding adhesives, industrial salt, calcium, gypsum, carbon black, milk powder and guar gum amongst others. Customized options of multi ply paper sacks ranging from 2-4 ply are available to meet the requirements of industrial as well as individual customers. Self-Opening Satchel bags or Take Away Bags: Customized single ply or multi ply paper bags (with or without P.E. coated paper) for retail packaging of flour, salt, spices as well as grocery and fast food takeaway bags. The business has attained FSC-COC and ISO 22000 certification – Food Safety Management Systems Standard – from SGS, to expand product portfolio in food grade SOS bags (single or multi ply square bottom) having an approximately annual capacity of 40 million bags with multi colours printing capability, thereby being the first ISO certified paper bag manufacturer in Pakistan to cater the needs of the global and the local fast food franchises and the retail packaging sector. Burger Wraps: Food grade paper wraps for primary packaging with high quality printing capability and cost effective solution for our fast food segment customers. Diversifying our product line in paper packaging by providing food grade wraps for burger, sandwiches and rolls with a capacity of 14 million wraps per month and increasing. Why Thal Limited? 1.
