LC Paper is a family paper mill located in Besalú, Spain. At LC Paper, we develop state-of-the-art technologies for manufacturing tissue and kraft paper with zero emissions in order to reach the highest level of sustainability without compromising quality. Thanks to our self-engineered manufacturing process called OnePly, we deliver tissue paper products with a quality level equivalent to those manufactured under TAD technology but with significantly lower costs and higher energy efficiency. Under our Dalia brand, we deliver tissue paper products for the final consumer, from toilet paper to hand towels and industrial rolls. PRODUCTS FOR CONVERTERS: 1. Tissue Paper Our standard tissue paper for converters (B2B) is an on-demand product that allows multiple configuration options: number of layers (1 or 2), grammage (from 16 to 48 g/m2), width (up to 2,8 m) and color (white, blue or nature, our own recycled paper hue). This is a tissue paper suitable for the production of napkins, toilet paper and hand towel (autocut or centerpull), among others. It features a wide variety of certification programs, both regarding the origin of the fibers (FSC and PEFC), the composition of the product (Ecolabel) or our plant and processes (ISO 50.001, 14.001, 14.067). 2. Kraft Paper Our machine-glazed (MG) kraft paper for converters (B2B) is an on-demand product line that allows multiple configuration options. We offer the K Series, which includes the K80, K90 and K130 products according to their strength, all of them in a range of different grammages. On the other hand, we offer the Table series, designed in products for the manufacture of disposable tablecloths. The grammages range from 30 to 60 gsm in the case of the K Series, and from 32 to 45 gsm in the case of the Table lineup. They can optionally be water-resistant. They are available in white or brown colors. It is paper suitable for manufacturing paper bags and packaging elements, among others. It has a wide variety of certification programs both in terms of product composition (Ecolabel) and plant/process configuration (ISO 50.001, 14.001, 14.067). Fibers of recycled origin are generally used. PRODUCTS FOR CONSUMERS: Under our brand Dalia, we manufacture and distribute tissue paper products for the final consumer, from toilet paper to hand towels or rolls for industrial usage. We tell you why Dalia is different: Quality comparable to structured papers (TAD). Soft and absorbent, equivalent to those manufactured with TAD technology, Dalia products consume much less energy during their manufacture thanks to our own OnePly® process. Carbon-neutral manufacturing. Our approach to R&D allows us to significantly reduce energy consumption. Thanks to our biomass boiler and our solar plant, we get a zero-emission product. Affordable by design. By reducing the needs of raw materials, we are able to achieve lower prices along with the almost identical product attributes of other manufacturing processes. Smart logistics. Dalia's cardboard packaging allows stacking products on multi-level pallets and transporting and storing them easily. In addition, the cardboard avoids discoloration and deterioration of the paper during storage. Our Dalia products are packaged in cardboard boxes, instead of the usual plastic packaging. That way, in addition to being able to recycle and reuse these boxes, we facilitate their storage. Additionally, it is a stackable and resistant packaging, which unlike other alternatives to plastic does not break easily.
