Genda Fiber Tech Mechanical Co., Ltd. is a private high-tech enterprise. We have a 17-years history of pulp and paper refining technology development and equipment manufacturing. Our company is a high-tech company specializing in the research and development and optimization of the process technology of the high-concentration refining system for medium and short plant fiber raw materials, as well as equipment manufacturing, sales, and services. More than 90% of papermaking raw materials are medium and short fiber raw materials in China. Those short fiber materials are very suitable for the high-consistency refining process. Since our establishment, our company has carried out long-term research and development on the key technical challenges in the high-consistency refining process and equipment, such as concentration, conveying, and the design of the grinding disc (such as avoiding fiber cutting, etc.). Our high-consistency refining system includes complete sets of equipment such as a high-consistency refiner, patented grinding disc with No-empty grinding, belt thickener, the concentration machine, conveying screw, etc., and has obtained invention patents and 7 model patents. At present, hundreds of production lines of OCC paper pulp, bamboo pulp, hardwood pulp, bagasse pulp, reed pulp, wheat straw pulp, and other raw pulp materials have been transformed from traditional low-consistency refining to high-consistency refining, creating huge economic benefits for customers. Our products are exported to the United States, the Middle East, and Southeast Asian countries. Genda founded in 2004, initially was engaged in the paper pulp grinding disc design and manufacturing. After 2 years, the Chinese paper industry starts taking off and due to the shortage of wood pulp materials becomes a major challenge for all papermakers in the industry, we start to tackle this issue and developed the first generation of High consistency refining solutions for the paper industry. Benefiting from the supernatural growth of the Chinese paper industry, we continue to upgrade our patented high consistency refining technology and equipment to provide cost-saving solutions for our clients. Along the way, when this industry faced new challenges, we also developed mechanical pulping, chemical pulping, and BCTMP for upper stream clients.
