Parason Refiner Filling Offers design to suit pulp & paper industry needs for pulping & refining. The refiner plates and fillings are available from 12” to 64” size and 25 HP to 8000 HP power loading. It ensures stainless steel alloys. They are excellently cast machined and finished discs. They ensure power saving from 6 KW – 22KW / hrs and come with enhanced plate life. They provide uniform process results. 3 main metallurgy properties of Parason refiner discs are - - Corrosion resistance- Wear resistance- Breakage resistance Parason Welded Plate Manufacturing Methods include - - Conventional TIG welding process- Diffusion bonding process- Parason laser technology Parason Variable Rib Design Plates (VRD) are manufactured using Special Casting & CNC technology to provide the maximum uniformity in the refining zone. Parason Finedge Welded Bar Refiner Plates are Welded with Special Welding Technology using Special Casting & Robot Welding, CNC technology to provide the maximum uniformity in the refining zone. Parason Finedge Milled - Refiner Plates are cast in own foundry as a solid piece to provide uniform hardness throughout. The plates will wear uniformly over time. The zero draft angle on the bars help in maintaining longer hydraulics. Parason Finedge Welded - Refiner Plates are cast in special metallurgy suitable for special welding technology with higher bar height low bar width. Parason Finedge Inlet Curved Bar - Refiner Plates will wear uniformly over a time and having a longer bar length. The flow of pulp follows the grooves between the bars results in longer residence time. Parason Conical Refiner Fillingsoffer exceptional high-performance level of Fibre processing. They are available in various designs, sizes to suit the industry needs.
