Craft paper product ranges offered would be ranging from 16 to 28 B.F. and from 120 to 350 GSM with exceeding the best values of Ring Crush Test, (R.C.T.) and consistent GSM, up to 4000 mm., Multi-layer Test Liner by using Waste Paper as raw material, production capacity from 90 to 120,000 Metric Tons per annual. The plant and machinery are of the latest technology (Twin-wire technology) with state of the art innovative equipment. The most difficult task was to produce a product of international standards because, in heavy-duty boxes, the foreign-made paper is being preferred over the domestic grade. Foreign-made papers are mostly virgin fiber (wood Pulp) having high compression strength. The risk factor was to sustain the strength in the paper even after manufacturing of boxes. We will use virgin paper waste which will import from the US. Despite our paper being recycled, it still leads to a grand success, in comparison to the virgin Kraft Paper.
