Dye fixer is a chemical called sodium carbonate or soda ash. Highly proven polymeric dye fixing agents impart bleed free dyeing on cotton. APPLICATION Wear gloves to keep it from irritating your skin and avoid splashing it into eyes to avoid irritation and burning; treat it as you would a strong soap. Step 3: Soak Fabric. Soak the material to be dyed in the dye fixer solution. *Please refer to our technical for further information. TECHNICAL PROPERTIES Appearance: Colourless liquid Mild viscosity Chemical composition: Modified melamine formaldehyde resin condensate TYPES Pidifix 361 is a cross-linking polymer fixer used as in pigment printing. Pidifix 471 is a fixer used in pigment printing. It is a cross-linking agent used for product finishing. Urea resin derivative - Very low formaldehyde dye fixing chemical for direct and reactive dyed on printed fabrics Urea resin derivative - Cationic formaldehyde free fixing agent for direct and reactive dyeing and prints. Epoxy resin derivative - Conventional cationic fixing agent for direct and reactive dyeing and prints Epoxy resin derivative - Non formaldehyde fixative for reactive and direct.dyed or printed goods. Protect reactive dye covalent bonding from hydrolysis and thermal cracking. |
