Hi, Nice to meet you. I am Jae of (company name removed), a company that makes food containers in Korea. We wanted to procure duplex boards and cupstock bases from overseas, so I am sending an email like this. We would be grateful if you could send us your suggestion based on the information below. ① Cupstock Base Paper 250 gsm (Uncoated SBS / 100% Pulp / by Roll width 1040 mm x length 3000 m) ② Duplex Board Grey Back 280 gsm (SC Manila Paper/ by Sheet width 570 mm x length 840 mm) - Quantity : a. Phase-2 (since September 2024) : 160 tons/month each Paper ①, ② b. Phase-3 (since January 2025) : 450 tons/month each Paper ①, ② - +-10 gsm is acceptable, please choose the most competitive thickness for you. - We manufacture "the Double Wall Paper Cup for Instant Noodle Ramen", so we need 2 kinds of paper. One is "① Cupstock Base Paper" for inside, and the Other One is "② Duplex Board Grey Back" for Outer Sleeve. - Subsequent Process in Korea : ① Cupstock Base Paper : MDPE coating 30 ㎛ ② Coated Duplex Board Grey Back : 2 colors offset printing + UV coating on the white face ③ Two types of paper are molded and spliced together to produce instant noodle cups Regards, Jae
