Purchasing Product : ① White Cup Paper (Uncoated SBS / 100% Pulp / 250 gsm / by Roll width 1040 mm x length 3200 m) ② Coated Duplex Board with Grey Back ( = SC Manila Paper / 280 gsm / by Roll width 1120 mm x length 3200 m) - Paper thickness +-10gsm is acceptable, please choose the most competitive thickness for you and give us a quotation specifying the thickness. - We manufacture "the Double Wall Paper Cup for Instant Noodle Ramen", so we need Two kinds of paper. One is "① White Cup Paper" for inside, and the Other One is "② Coated Duplex Board with Grey Back" for Outer Sleeve. - Technical Requirement : Brightness above 78%, Gloss above 40% - You don't need any coating, printing and cutting. We will get it by roll of raw paper. - Subsequent Process in Korea : ① White Cup Paper : MDPE 30 ㎛ coating ② Coated Duplex Board with Grey Back : 2 colors offset printing + UV coating on the white face - Before you send us a quote, please send us a Picture of the Product (including photos of the front and back) and Technical Data Sheet (including brightness and gloss). - If all the conditions are met, please send us Samples.
