PreCut Paper Plate Sheets

RFQ DESCRIPTION:

End user is looking to find a US domestic supplier for paper plates; currently sourced in China. All plates requirements are in the attached spreadsheet. "Forecasted Demand Units" are annualized quantities. There is digital artwork for products and packaging, which will be issued if the business is awarded. End user has advised that they usually use 4 colors End user's business reviewed on an annual basis, and orders will be submitted every 2 weeks. Paper plate test protocol has been attached as well. Our company will perform the molding and packaging of the plates. We would need the paper, including the coating and printing as needed (see spreadsheet). Currently looking for pre-cut plates, however we are considering the purchase of our own cutting machine. Need a competitive price.
