Waste Paper Supply Requirements Dear Waste Paper Supplier, We are currently seeking reliable waste paper suppliers to provide a stable and long-term supply for our client. Below are the specific requirements and details: 1. Type and Specifications of Waste Paper • Types Needed: Office waste paper, old newspapers (ONP), old corrugated containers (OCC), and white shavings. Quality Standards: The waste paper should not contain plastic, metal, or other contaminants and must meet environmental standards. Packaging: Must be compressed into bales for ease of transport and storage. 2. Quantity Requirements • Monthly Quantity: 15,000 tons. Or we can meet the supplier's minimum requirements Stability of Demand: Demand is stable with a commitment to long-term purchasing. 3. Delivery and Shipping Requirements • Delivery Location: Specified city in Oran Province, Algeria. Shipping Method: The supplier is responsible for arranging transport via bulk vessel to Oran port. Delivery Frequency: Every three months, with a total of 50,000 tons per shipment. (Regarding the total tonnage, we can always discuss if the supplier has a minimum purchase amount.) 4. Price Expectations • Price Range per Ton: $125-$135, depending on the quality of the waste paper and market conditions. 5. Payment Terms • Payment Method: Bank transfer. • Advance Payment: 30% advance payment can be made, with the remaining 70% paid upon delivery and inspection. 6. Contract Duration • Duration of Cooperation: We seek a long-term partnership and are open to signing a framework agreement to secure the price and supply volume. 7. Legal and Compliance Requirements • Special Compliance Requirements: No special requirements. • Documents or Certifications: No additional legal documents or environmental certifications are needed, but the waste paper must meet export compliance standards. 8. Other Requirements • Moisture Content: The moisture content of the waste paper should not exceed 10%. If it exceeds this level, deductions will be made based on the actual moisture content. • Sample Requirements: Samples may be required upon request.
