RFQ DESCRIPTION:

Acid-free Paper Box: Made from B-grade single-wall corrugated paperboard. The paper surface should be smooth, evenly colored, and free from issues such as warping, improper adhesion, delamination, bubbles, cracks, holes, wrinkles, stains, or spots. The raw material for the box liner paper should be recycled or unbleached paper. The acidity test value should fall between 8-9. The thickness of the corrugated board should be approximately 2.7±0.3mm. 1. Surface Weight: For the box liner paper, the surface weight should be 205g/m² (42 lbs/1,000 ft² or 42 Msf). The core paper weight should be 127g/m² (26 lbs/1,000 ft² or 26 Msf). 2. Bursting Strength: The minimum bursting strength of the corrugated paperboard must meet 14 kgf/cm² (1373 kPa or 200 lbs). 3. Coating and Adhesives: Use neutral or alkaline adhesives. No clear presence of harmful or decomposable substances is allowed. 4. Corrugated Paperboard Dimensions: B-grade single-wall corrugated board with dimensions of 62cm (width) x 86cm (length) and thickness 2.7±0.3mm. 5.
